For the past 14 years, I’ve helped women transform their health by building realistic, sustainable lifestyles that support long-term wellness.
As a lifestyle and transformation coach with FitBody Fusion, my focus isn’t on quick fixes or restrictive programs. Instead, I work closely with each client to create a personalized approach to fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and daily habits that fits their life and allows them to feel strong, energized, and confident.
My coaching combines evidence-based strategies with practical lifestyle tools such as macro tracking, habit formation, and sustainable nutrition practices. I help women simplify health so they can create routines that support their goals without feeling overwhelmed or restricted.
Many of the women I work with are navigating challenges such as digestive issues, metabolic health, or the hormonal changes that come with perimenopause and menopause. I guide them through these transitions with practical strategies that support gut health, balanced nutrition, strength training, and overall well-being.
My education includes certifications in Sports Performance Nutrition through San Diego State University and Plant-Based Nutrition through Cornell University, which allow me to provide science-based guidance tailored to a wide range of dietary preferences and health goals.
